The Whispering Leaves Chain is a long chain with finely detailed leaf charms. In gold-tone and silver-tone.

The Look

One hook at the neck, and the leaves fall wherever you point them — down the front over an open shirt, or turned round to run down your back. It is the plainest of our leaf pieces, leaves alone with no stones or pearls, which is exactly why it layers so easily with jewellery you already wear. A botanical motif that belongs with linen and cotton rather than sequins.

How to style it

Open white shirt — the most wearable way to use it, and genuinely an everyday piece.
Deep-neck dress or a satin camisole — the leaves fall along the opening.

Sizing and fit

This is a free size chain suitable for all body types, with extra chain already attached.

How to put it on

Open the hook at the neck.
Fasten it around your neck, like a necklace.
Turn it so the leaves fall where you want them — down the front, or down your back.
Let them settle on their own rather than arranging them by hand.

Put it on last, after clothes, perfume and skincare.

Care

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear.
Keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray and water.
Keep it in the box it came in, so the leaf charms cannot catch on other jewellery.
Last thing on, first thing off.

Plated fashion jewellery may change finish over time with wear, storage, moisture and skin chemistry. This is normal rather than a fault.

Can I wear it down my back?

Yes. Turn it round after fastening and the leaves run down your spine instead of the front — two quite different looks from one chain.

How is it different from the Pearl Leaf Cascade?

This one is leaves alone on a slender chain. The Pearl Leaf Cascade adds pearls between the leaves, which reads slightly dressier. This is the plainer of the two, and the easier to layer.

Is one hook enough to hold it?

Yes. It fastens at the neck exactly like a necklace, and the weight of the chain keeps it hanging straight.

What does a leaf motif suit?

Natural textures rather than sleek ones — linen, cotton, raffia and botanical prints all work beautifully with it.

How do you put it on?

Open the hook at the neck, fasten it like a necklace, and turn it so the leaves fall where you want them.

My chain is tangled. How do I fix it?

Unhook it first — that is the step that matters most. Then hang it up by the neck chain, from a hanger or a door hook, and let it hang freely. The weight of the chain does the work and the charms separate on their own. You can also put it on and let it untangle as it settles. Never pull the strands apart.

What size is it? Will it fit me?

It is free size and fits all body types, with extra chain already attached.

Can I layer it with my other jewellery?

Easily. With no stones or pearls, it does not compete with earrings, a bracelet stack or a watch.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes — over an open shirt it is one of the more wearable pieces in the range for regular use rather than occasions.

Is it heavy?

It weighs 25 gms — light enough for a full day.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It is alloy-based fashion jewellery and suits most skin types. We have not had skin-reaction complaints on this range. If you have sensitive skin, wear it for a short period first.
