Reevatara – Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Reevatara, we want you to love what you wear. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Name
  3. Clear image of the product
  4. Reason for return

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Product must be unused and unworn
  2. Product must be in original condition
  3. Original packaging must be intact
  4. Return request must be raised within 48 hours
  5. Product must be shipped back within 5 days after approval

Returns will not be accepted for:

  1. Used or worn products
  2. Products without original packaging
  3. Damaged products due to customer handling
  4. Requests made after the return window

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Safely pack the item in its original packaging
  2. Ship the product to the address provided by our team
  3. Share the courier tracking details via email

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

We recommend using a reliable courier service as Reevatara is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refund Method

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

  1. A Refund Coupon Code equivalent to the product value will be issued.
  2. The coupon code will be shared via email.

Important Notes:

  1. Coupon codes are valid for 12 months
  2. Coupon codes are one-time use
  3. Coupon codes cannot be converted into cash

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund coupon codes are issued within 3 working days after:

  1. Product is received at our warehouse
  2. Quality check is completed

You will receive the refund coupon via email.

6. Shipping Deductions

If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping charge of ₹125 may be deducted while processing the refund coupon.

If a prepaid order is not accepted at delivery and is returned to us: ₹250 will be deducted towards forward and reverse shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.

To cancel an order, email us immediately at:

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping:

  1. Refund can be issued to the original payment method
  2. A 5% payment gateway fee deduction will apply

8. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

We will offer:

  1. Replacement of the same product, or
  2. Refund coupon code equivalent to the product value

9. Coupon Code Usage Rules

  1. Only one coupon code can be applied per order
  2. Refund coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers
  3. Coupon codes issued against returns are non-transferable
