Free size, and it fits all. The band measures about 13 inches unstretched and stretches to about 24 inches, so it adjusts comfortably to your leg. Just decide how high you would like it to sit.

Step into it and slide it up your leg to where you want it to sit. Put it on last, after clothes, sunscreen and skincare.
