The Nivara Pearl Body Chain is a vertical cascade of small faux pearls falling from the neckline on a fine gold-tone chain.

The Look

A single clean line of pearls. It has the softness pearl always brings without the bulk of a layered piece, which makes it easy to wear with an outfit that is already doing something — an embellished blouse, a printed dress, a busy neckline. At 14 gms it stays comfortable all evening, and it can be turned round and worn down the back.

Sizing and fit

This is a free size body chain suitable for all body types, with extra chain already attached.

How to put it on

Open both hooks — one on the neck chain, one on the waist chain.
Fasten the neck chain first, the same way you would a necklace.
Bring the waist chain around and fasten it behind you, with the cascade running straight down the front.
Let it settle rather than pulling it into position.

To wear it as a back chain, put it on the same way with the pearls facing backwards. Put it on last, after clothes, perfume and skincare.

Care

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear.
Keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray and water.
Store it in its own pouch so a fine chain cannot tangle with other jewellery.
Last thing on, first thing off.

No — they are faux pearls. We say so plainly, and they give you the look at a price that lets you wear them often rather than saving them for once a year.

Yes. Put it on the same way with the pearls facing backwards and they run down your spine instead — two looks from one piece.

Can I wear it with a busy outfit?

Unhook it first — that is the step that matters most. Then hang it up by the neck chain, from a hanger or a door hook, and let it hang freely. The weight of the chain does the work and the strands separate on their own. You can also put it on and let it untangle as it settles. Never pull the strands apart.

What size is it? Will it fit me?

It is free size and fits all body types, with extra chain already attached.
