The Luna Stone Body Chain is a fine chain set with small faux pearl accents, running from the neckline down. In gold-tone and white.

The Look

Restrained, and deliberately so. At 19 gms on a fine chain it reads as a considered detail rather than a statement, which makes it one of the easiest pieces to wear if you have not worn a body chain before. It looks particularly good with a deep-back saree, where the chain follows the opening. It can be turned round and worn down the back too.

Sizing and fit

This is a free size body chain suitable for all body types, with extra chain already attached.

How to put it on

Open both hooks — one on the neck chain, one on the waist chain.
Fasten the neck chain first, the same way you would a necklace.
Bring the waist chain around and fasten it behind you.
Let the chain fall naturally rather than pulling it into position.

To wear it as a back chain, put it on the same way with the pearls facing backwards. Put it on last, after clothes, perfume and skincare.

Care

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear.
Keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray and water.
Store it in its own pouch so a fine chain cannot tangle with other jewellery.
Last thing on, first thing off.

Faux pearls are particularly sensitive to perfume and lotion. Plated fashion jewellery may change finish over time with wear, storage, moisture and skin chemistry. This is normal rather than a fault.

Unhook it first — that is the step that matters most. Then hang it up by the neck chain, from a hanger or a door hook, and let it hang freely. The weight of the chain does the work and the strands separate on their own. You can also put it on and let it untangle as it settles. Never pull the strands apart.
