The Luna Line Body Chain is built around a slim vertical bar at the centre, with fine chains falling either side of it. In gold-tone and silver-tone.
The Look
The most pared-back piece we make, and that is exactly its strength. A single bar and two fine chains means it never competes with anything — so it works over a print, alongside your existing jewellery, or on an ordinary Tuesday. At 13 gms it is also the lightest way into body chains. Wear it facing forward, or turn it round so the bar runs down your back.
How to style it
- Deep V-neck dress — the bar follows the point of the V exactly.
- Structured blouse or an open shirt — the most wearable way to use it day to day.
- Plunging gown — clean and architectural rather than decorative.
- Worn backwards with an open-back dress — a single clean line down the spine.
- Alongside a bracelet stack or earrings — minimal enough to layer with whatever you already wear.

Sizing and fit
This is a free size body chain suitable for all body types, with extra chain already attached.
How to put it on
- Open both hooks — one on the neck chain, one on the waist chain.
- Fasten the neck chain first, the same way you would a necklace.
- Bring the waist chain around and fasten it behind you, with the bar centred down the front.
- Let the side chains settle on their own rather than pulling them into place.
To wear it as a back chain, put it on the same way with the bar facing backwards. Put it on last, after clothes, perfume and skincare.
Care
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear.
- Keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray and water.
- Store it in its own pouch so the fine side chains cannot tangle with other jewellery.
- Last thing on, first thing off.
Plated fashion jewellery may change finish over time with wear, storage, moisture and skin chemistry. This is normal rather than a fault.
Which is your most minimal body chain?
This one, at 13 gms with a single vertical bar. If a body chain has felt like a lot before, it is the easiest place to start — it reads as a quiet detail rather than a statement.
Can I wear it with a patterned outfit?
Yes, and it is one of the few that can. A single bar and fine chains hold their own against a print where a layered piece would get lost.
Can I layer it with my other jewellery?
Easily. With one focal point and nothing else going on, it sits happily alongside a bracelet stack, earrings or a watch.
Can it be worn as a back chain?
Yes. Put it on the same way with the bar facing backwards and it runs as a clean line down your spine.
How do you put on a body chain?
Open both hooks. Fasten the neck chain first, exactly like a necklace, then bring the waist chain around and fasten it behind you.
Is the waist hook difficult to fasten on my own?
Not at all — it sits at the back like a dress fastening, and most people manage it in a few seconds once they have worn it once.
My body chain is tangled. How do I fix it?
Unhook it first — that is the step that matters most. Then hang it up by the neck chain, from a hanger or a door hook, and let it hang freely. The weight of the chain does the work and the strands separate on their own. You can also put it on and let it untangle as it settles. Never pull the strands apart.
What size is it? Will it fit me?
It is free size and fits all body types, with extra chain already attached.
What neckline does it work with?
A deep V or a plunge, so the bar has an opening to sit inside. It also reads beautifully in the gap of an open shirt.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes — that is what it is best at. At 13 gms under an open shirt or a blouse, it is genuinely an everyday piece.
What is it made of?
Alloy-based fashion jewellery with a protective plating, in a gold-tone or silver-tone finish. Fashion jewellery rather than fine jewellery.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is alloy-based fashion jewellery and suits most skin types. We have not had skin-reaction complaints on this range. If you have sensitive skin, wear it for a short period first.
